All of us working to create a world where collective thriving is possible need spaces where we can reflect and recharge. Facilitators will lead an interactive expressive arts workshop utilizing art materials, breathing and movement, writing, and individual and group reflection time. This will be a restorative opportunity for everyone. For folks who participated in previous “Visual Journaling” sessions or “ReStoryation” circles, there will be familiar elements – spaciousness, breath, connection, centering.
